If you need to discuss your schedule or make any changes, please email our office manager, Tatiana. You can also call the office directly.
Attendance
Per our attendance policy, we require 80% attendance maintained in a two-month period. To stay on the weekly schedule, we will encourage make-up sessions if a visit is missed. Additionally, teletherapy on Zoom is a great back-up option when an in-person session is not possible. Per our policy, any late cancellations within two hours of your appointment or “no-show”, will result in a $50 fee.

If you have any clinical or treatment questions, please discuss with your clinician or reach out directly to our owner, Krista. Krista is happy to be act as a liaison and oversee all clients from a case management standpoint!
Billing

If we are in-network with your insurance company then we will send claims to them first. We will wait to receive an Explanation of Benefit (EOB) which tells us your “patient responsibility” (copay, deductible, coinsurance). Once received (or if private pay), we send invoices on the 1st of the month and the credit card on file is charged on the 15th of the month. You don’t need to do anything unless we reach out to you with a problem!
If you need to update your card on file, email us and we will send you a new credit card form.

Insurance
It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company to ensure that we are in-network. Please ask if authorization or a referral is needed. Additionally, it is your responsibility to obtain details regarding copays, coinsurance, deductibles, and benefit limit information. For reference, our NPI # is 149-7314520.
We currently accept the following insurance:

– Tufts Health Plan (Commercial Plans ONLY- We are NOT in-network with any public plans)
– Mass General Brigham Health Plan (NOT together with MassHealth)

Holidays
We are CLOSED on the following major holidays:
- New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day
- Additionally for 2024, STC is closed on April 15th (Patriots Day), July 5th, November 29th (Friday after Thanksgiving), December 24th (Christmas Eve) and December 26th
