In order to keep our clients safe, we have implemented the following in-office precautions. This is a team effort and requires full participation by our staff and all clients/families. If you are not able to maintain these precautions or have any concerns about returning to the office, teletherapy services are still an option!
- Masks are required by all adults and children over the age of two.
- We are diligently disinfecting our treatment area and toys/materials between each client use. This may result in a delay between clients but we will ensure that everyone gets their full treatment session.
- Air purifiers will be running in all treatment rooms.
- Our waiting room is for direct caregivers only. Please sit at least six feet away from anyone who is not in your household.
- Clean your hands when coming into the office.
- Wash hands for at least 20 seconds. Use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
- Clinicians will clean hands between each client.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth. Cover your cough.
- Arrive at the time of your appointment (not too early) to reduce interaction with other clients/families.
- If you travel, follow MA.gov guidelines s for self-quarantine or mandatory testing.
- Check your temperature. If you or anyone in your family has a cough and/or fever for any reason, please call to cancel your appointment.
- If you are diagnosed with COVID-19 or in contact with someone who has been exposed to the virus, we will follow current MA.gov and/or CDC guidelines for self-quarantine.
